We stand behind the quality of our HexClad cookware and offer a 30-day risk-free trial to ensure it meets your culinary expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring all components are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
